Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Effective Date: 15 June 2026 Due to the intimate and delicate nature of luxury fragrances, our return and cancellation protocols are designed to ensure uncompromising quality and hygiene for every client. 1. Order Cancellations • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided the artisan packaging and dispatch process has not yet commenced. Please contact our Client Concierge immediately to request a cancellation. • Post-Dispatch: Once a fragrance has left our boutique and is in transit, we are unable to accept cancellation requests. 2. Returns Policy (Hygiene and Quality Control) • Perfume is a personal care item. To maintain the utmost integrity and pristine condition of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on unsealed, opened, or sprayed bottles. • Returns are only authorized if an incorrect item was shipped, or if the product arrives physically damaged. 3. Damaged or Defective Goods • If your exquisitely packaged bottle arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us at contact@sardulfragrance.in within 48 hours of delivery. • Requirement: Please include a clear, unedited unboxing video and photographs of the damaged shipping box and product. Upon verification, we will swiftly arrange for a replacement. 4. Refund Processing • For approved cancellations or returns, refunds will be initiated immediately. • The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment via Razorpay. • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to seamlessly reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
